- 1 (13 ounce) can full fat coconut milk
- 1 cup chocolate chips (5 ounces)
Instructions
In a saucepan, heat coconut milk and chocolate over very low heat
Stir constantly until chocolate is melted
Divide mixture between six ½ cup mason jars
Refrigerate for 3 hours
Serve

Easy Chocolate Pudding
I haven’t tested this recipe with milk chocolate or semi-sweet chocolate because these types of chocolate have far more sugar and less fat than dark chocolate.

Loving your recipes Elana. Question? Is there a substitute for citric fruits in your recipes as my skin breaks out with anything citrus. Lemons, limes, oranges, manderines and the like will lead to a new batch of pimples. I have had this problem all my life and it is still a problem.Reply
